For object-oriented application development. The UML Modeller creates a Rational Rose(r) model file from your specified SAS class libraries. The model file can be read by Rational Rose, Nomagic MagicDraw UML, and other leading modelling packages (see below for information on obtaining free copies of these software products). 

This is a proof of concept release of UML Modeller. We believe it works correctly and properly, but the interface is rough, and the functionality is a little limited. No warranty is offered (either expressed or implied).

UML Modeller only reads class entries, not SCL entries. The model file will contain information about class relationships (parent classes), instance variables, and method names but it will not contain any information about methods' parameters (signatures). That functionality will be added in the next release.

UML Modeller must be run from the SYSTEM libname. If you are already using SYSTEM then concatenate UML Modeller with your existing libname.
